Project
SafePlace
The
Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services is a participating member of the national Safe Place program, in collaboration with the Rainbow House. Safe Place is
a designated location for children who may be experiencing difficulties
in their life to turn for help. These children may be runaways, abused,
or just may simply be seeking assistance. A large yellow street sign,
bearing the Safe Place logo near the front of our Fire Stations
easily identifies the Safe Place designation. In addition to our
stations, each apparatus and staff car is marked with the same Safe
Place logo.
