What are the hazards most likely to affect Clayton County?

In one sense Emergency Management can be viewed as a form of insurance policy that local government maintains to protect it from the damage major emergencies and disasters cause. While national security and civil unrest are still preparedness concerns of Clayton County Emergency Management more likely threats and hazards exist due to our climate, location, demographics, technology, economy and geography.
